Tiny Tots (Walking to 3 years old)
Class Details for TAC (Takanawa)

Goal: The goal of this class is to introduce gymnastics and gymnastics safety to both parents and toddlers. As with all of our classes, we are using gymnastics to build confidence through physical challenges that improve motor skills and help children to see what they are capable of using an "I CAN" spirit and approach.

Format: At TAC (Tokyo American Club), the class also begins with stretching to music and the "I CAN" cheer. Motor skills development, with balls, then follows. After this, an obstacle course is set up consisting of hopping, forward rolls, mini trampoline, crawling tunnel, balance beam, and practice trampoline. Due to the limited size of this facility, class capacity is limited to 12 and class time is limited to 30 minutes. At the end of class all gymnasts and parents come back together for a final "I CAN" cheer and good-byes.
